All product information, CAD renderings, biomechanical dimensions, material specifications, and load capacities presented on this site are for engineering evaluation and commercial consultation. They do not constitute a binding legal tender until formalized under an executed Commercial Proforma Invoice (PI) or Master Supply Contract.

2. Quotations, OEM Contracting & Orders

Commercial equipment procurement and OEM manufacturing agreements follow rigorous industrial verification processes to protect both buyer brand standards and production integrity:

• Inquiries & Technical Drawings: Requests submitted through technical portals are handled directly by our engineering and export team in Jaipur, India.
• Proforma Invoice & Contract Finalization: Quotations specifying steel gauge (2–3mm mild steel), powder coating micron thickness (180–200 µm), upholstery density, custom laser-cut branding, and packaging specifications are binding only when counter-signed in writing.
• Pilot Batches & Sample Approval: Private-label OEM projects require physical sample sign-off or pre-shipment photo/video inspection reports prior to full container load (FCL) batch dispatch.

3. Acceptable Use & Platform Security

Users and business representatives visiting this platform agree to utilize the website solely for legitimate commercial inquiry, project design review, and catalog evaluation. You agree not to:

• Use automated scrapers, bots, or data extraction scripts to scrape proprietary strength equipment biomechanics, CAM profiles, or CAD drawing repositories.
• Attempt unauthorized server access, system vulnerability scans, or interference with our global customer service infrastructure.
• Misrepresent corporate identity, submit fraudulent tender requests, or deploy malicious scripts through inquiry tools.

4. Intellectual Property & Industrial Design

All structural designs, biomechanical motion curves, frame profiles, trademarks, photography, software code, graphic elements, and instructional documentation are the intellectual property of BODYTEC Fitness Equipment Company or its licensors.

Clients purchasing OEM or private-label gym equipment retain all legal ownership of their registered brand logos, trademarks, and custom laser-cut graphic assets provided for factory production. BODYTEC maintains strict non-disclosure compliance and will not duplicate client-registered proprietary badge designs for third-party accounts.

5. Commercial Equipment Warranty & Quality Assurances

BODYTEC designs strength training machines, plate-loaded stations, cable equipment, and outdoor park fitness lines to withstand 12–18 hour daily commercial facility usage cycles:

Structural Frame Integrity

Main heavy-gauge steel frames carry full structural manufacturing guarantees against weld fatigue and frame deformation under rated weight capacities.

Wear & Tear Components

Component parts including sealed bearings, hardened chrome guide rods, aircraft-grade nylon-coated steel cables, pulleys, and high-density PU upholstery pads are backed by traceable batch QC records. Spare parts kits are permanently stocked for long-term maintenance support.

6. International Freight & Risk Transfer

Export shipments originating from Indian sea ports (including JNPT, Mundra, and Pipavav) operate under standardized Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP) as designated in the finalized commercial contract. Risk of loss passes to the buyer or carrier upon formal Bill of Lading generation and photo-documented container sealing at our facility.

7. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and all underlying commercial supply arrangements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable international trade arbitration terms, the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, maintain exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from site usage or commercial transactions.
