Question 1

What steel and finish specifications does BODYTEC use on commercial strength frames?

Accepted Answer

Main frames are fabricated from 2 mm to 3 mm wall mild-steel tube in 50 x 100 mm and 75 x 75 mm profiles, robot-assisted MIG welded, shot-blasted, then electrostatically powder-coated at 180-200 micron for abrasion and humidity resistance. Pivot points run on sealed ball bearings with hardened chrome guide rods, and upholstery uses high-density moulded foam with commercial-grade PU leatherette.

Question 2

Does BODYTEC offer OEM and private-label gym equipment manufacturing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. BODYTEC produces private-label and OEM lines under the buyer's own brand, including custom powder-coat colour matching, laser-cut brand badges, printed instruction placards, custom upholstery stitching, retail-ready cartons and barcode labelling. Tooling-free customisation is available from low pilot volumes, with full OEM programmes for distributors building a branded catalogue.

Question 3

Which markets does BODYTEC export commercial fitness equipment to?

Accepted Answer

BODYTEC ships from Indian ports to the Middle East, Africa, South and Southeast Asia, CIS and select European and Latin American markets. Orders are consolidated for 20 ft, 40 ft and 40 ft HQ containers with knock-down packing, export-grade fumigated crating, photo-documented loading and full commercial documentation including packing lists, invoices and certificates of origin.

Question 4

How long does a full commercial gym fit-out take from order to installation?

Accepted Answer

A standard 60-100 station commercial fit-out moves from approved 2D/3D layout to production in about 7-10 days, with manufacturing typically completed in 25-40 days depending on machine mix and custom finishes. Domestic installation and staff handover normally follow within a week of delivery; export shipments add ocean transit time based on destination port.

Question 5

Is BODYTEC outdoor fitness equipment suitable for parks and open-air gyms?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Open-air gym units are built with heavier wall sections, galvanised or zinc-primed substrates, weather-resistant powder coating, tamper-resistant fasteners and body-weight resistance mechanisms that require no adjustable weight stacks, making them appropriate for municipal parks, housing societies, schools and apartment complexes.
